Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Made-to-order and custom pieces are crafted after you order and usually take 3-5 working days to make before they ship. Pieces that take longer say so on their own page. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. ExchangesEach piece is handcrafted, so it may differ slightly from the photographs. If your piece arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong one, write to hello@amimane.com or call +91 8879439843 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) within 3 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement.
